Coaching for agents
If you followed TrueWay Local, it has become Investor Agents HQ. I have been a licensed agent for thirteen years and I still sell. I coach agents on the part of the business most coaching skips: what to do once you have a client and the deal is moving.
What I coach
Most coaching is about finding clients. I focus on what happens after you find one, because that is where agents lose deals and money.
A way to track people, a weekly routine, and a follow-up habit that is simple enough to keep. A system you quit in March is worse than none.
Title problems, inspection surprises, insurance that kills financing, appraisal gaps, sellers who will not move. I own a title company and I have paid for those repairs myself. You get my read before it costs your client the closing.
The listing appointment that went badly, the buyer who stopped responding, the price conversation you put off. We work on the real ones from your week.
Work with me
Coaching is one on one with me, and I only take it on when I think I can help. Fill this out and I will tell you whether I am the right person and what working together would look like.
No curriculum and no motivational content. We work on your real deals.
Start with the cohort
The Investor Agents HQ founding cohort is six weeks, live, in a small group, on winning and closing investor clients. It is the fastest way to see how I work before you decide about one on one coaching.
See the cohortFor agents who want investor clients
Training for agents who want investor clients: how to speak investor, find deal flow, close clean, and build an investor book. I teach it from my own deals, from rentals to NNN and land, and from inside the title company I co-own.
Six weeks, live, in a small group. You bring real deals and real investor conversations, and we work them together. The first group gets founding terms.
Send me the situation. It is the fastest way to find out whether coaching with me is worth your time.
